Mission Statement
Broadreach House aims to provide a wide range of treatment and rehabilitation services for alcohol and drug dependent men and women, and specifically to:
Offer high quality treatment programmes backed by, and responsive to, continuing research into effectiveness and outcomes.
Offer comprehensive assessment and individually tailored treatment plans to ensure the best possible opportunity for addressing
need.
Ensure that services reflect the diversity of the individual, respecting their needs and values and their right to make informed choices.
Involve clients in informing programme construction and development.
Ensure services are affordable and available to all, consistent with creating a financial surplus sufficient to maintain high standards in treatment and material facilities.
Ensure that the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the Statement of Terms and Conditions agreed with the service user.
Ensure that all service users receive written information on procedures for handling complaints, comments and compliments, and how to use them.
Involve all employees in the development of Broadreach House and its facilities, by recognising their contribution, supporting the development of their full potential and respecting the
individual.
Be recognised as a leading provider of quality alcohol and drug treatment; meeting the requirements of the recognised quality standards of
the European Association for the Treatment of Addiction (EATA), the
Commission for Social Care Inspection, the Healthcare Commission and Quality in Alcohol
and Drug Services (QuADs).
